Environmental Focus

Watercell™ technology harvests rainwater, a naturally occurring renewable resource, which is essentially discarded and wasted in urban areas.

WaterCell™ technology does NOT:

adversely impact on the amenity of the building or the open space environs around the building in which it is contained,
utilise any chemicals or involve any chemical treatment or processes,
utilise any environmentally unsustainable processes or practices nor produce any environmentally undesirable by-products or waste,
directly or indirectly, result in the production of greenhouse gas emissions.

Implementation of WaterCell™ technology for any new building will have an immediate advantageous impact on its local environs by reducing the stormwater runoff into the centralised drainage system, and perpetual implementation of WaterCell™ technology, as new buildings replace old, will eventually eliminate nuisance flooding caused by stormwater runoff.

Cells are manufactured using recyclable polyethylene which is USFDA and EU Directive compliant for food contact and storage of drinking water storage.
