This dwelling house was constructed in Narara a suburb of Gosford on the Central Coast of New South Wales. The region is burdened by level 4 water restrictions which are enforced by the local water authority. The Gosford project was completed in March 2007 and has not used any town water.
This four-bedroom family home remains independent from water restrictions thanks to four 16,000 litres WaterCells discreetly located in the subfloor of the structure.
Due to the natural lie of the land and flood prone planning restrictions the required elevation of the ground floor provided an ideal area and containment for four 16,000 litres WaterCells with negligible additional expense.
This particular dwelling has also participated in a Newcastle University research program for water demand and water quality. The results are overwhelmingly good and prove that rainwater is a suitable source for drinking water within the home environment.
Let us show you how you can free yourself from water restrictions and start enjoying the lifestyle benefits of WaterCell technology while doing your part for the environment.
